Biyografi

Born in Ardahan, Dr. Orhan ÖZCAN completed his  secondary education at Kars High School, Orhan ÖZCAN completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Medicine of Ankara University and completed his specialist training at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic of Gülhane Military Medical Academy.

He continued to work as  Chief assistant, Associate Professor and Professor at Uludag University Faculty of Medicine, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Department, after working as a Medical Major at Bursa Military Hospital.

Between 1999 and 2005 he worked as the Head of Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at U.U. Medical Faculty. He was also a member of the Faculty of Administrative Board of the same university, a member of the University Senate, Chief of Atatürk Hydrotherapy and Rehabilitation Center, Directorate of Atatürk Principles and Revolution History Research Center and Vice Rector.

He is the founder chairman and member of the board of the Turkish Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Association, member of “International Spinal Cord Society”, Member of the Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialists of Turkey and Chairman of Bursa Medical Chamber.

He is also a member of the Language Association. Orhan ÖZCAN’s foreign language is English and he has 6 books and 2 monographs published in the field of expertise in research articles in international and national magazines.

Prof. Dr. Orhan Özcan has the certificate of “European Board of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.”
